Below you will find a screen shot of sales for a Mother’s Day Weekend Product… sold in just 1 day (just before Mothers Day here in the UK..)
Infact for the last 5/6 days the sales have been at this level. (All sales coming from free search traffic)
For comparison, on average I will typically only sell 3/5 per day of this product (We all love our mums here…)
Being an affiliate marketer is not just about selling ebooks and make money stuff!
Lots of well known companies will reward you for marketing their stuff…. stuff like garden furniture, household furniture, garage tools….toys etc
Now listen to this……
THE SECRET is not to SELL – JUST identify the target market and lead them quickly and easily to the sales process
Let a well tested sales process do the selling.
IF the sales process is good and converts then you will be rewarded nicely – if you get leads and no sales – perhaps that sales process is poor – or you may have not targeted the right audience!! Go back and test and try again. This is what you will need to do over and over again…and get good at it!
The same skills of keyword research and marketing (paid or free marketing – as in this case) can easily be applied to marketing ANYTHING online..
Start learning this stuff….and perhaps you will have some affiliate marketing success!!
